Ownership & acquisitions

Stewardship for good, durable businesses.

I am interested in owning and improving skilled-service companies with real community value—especially where patient succession matters.

Acquisition thesis

Potential matters. So does order.

The best opportunity is not a distressed shell or a perfectly optimized asset. It is a sound operation with honest demand, respected craft, and enough structure to transfer—plus clear room for a committed owner to improve systems, staffing, and visibility.

01

Skilled service

Work that customers need, value, and cannot outsource to an app.

02

Local reputation

A record of useful work and relationships worth preserving.

03

Transferable craft

A path to retain knowledge, train people, and honor the seller’s legacy.

04

Operational runway

Clear improvements that do not depend on financial engineering.

CURRENT FOCUS / OAHU

Automotive service and transmission work

I am developing an owner-operator plan for a technically respected automotive service business: preserving specialist capability, recruiting and training good technicians, and adding the basic systems that let craft become a durable company.
